that prices prevailing at the time we book your viewing trip or
appointment will remain in force until the conclusion of your Monte
Pego tour. Visits can be booked up to 3 months in advance of your
departure date.
Independent Viewing Trips
You can book an inspection visit with us secure in the knowledge
that we leave you with plenty of time for you to have a general look
around independently. Moreover, not only are our trips without
obligation to purchase but, uniquely, as long as no one else is
after the same property, the company will reserve the plot and hold
the price of any new villa you are considering without a deposit for
a while after you return in order to give you time to make a

specification. Our villas are built in the traditional way
rather than the flat-pack-assemble-on-site process common in
the Southern Costa Blanca. We have a highly talented
architectural team and each villa can be individually
designed at no extra cost. A new design is surprisingly
simple to achieve: we will show you several different models
of completed villas piecing together all the ideas and
features that you prefer. Obviously the final design has to
conform to the needs of good taste and must enhance the

Monte Pego, established now for 25 years is considered to be one of
the most beautiful, rural and exclusive residential communities in
the Costa Blanca North. Renowned for its superb year round climate,
wonderful light and brilliant, clear night sky, dazzling in a myriad
of stars and meteor showers - astronomers take note! Moreover, the
panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, Mediterranean Sea and
the village of Pego – itself an island amongst a sea of orange trees

Luxurious
villas and a serene lifestyle with sufficient seclusion yet
easy access to facilities - the beach is 6 minutes drive
away: it is all too easy to see why Monte Pego has such a
high proportion of permanent residents, and with such a high
proportion of owners living permanently in Monte Pego,
levying Community fees is unnecessary as people look after
their own villas. We do have a villa servicing department
on-site for non-residents.
Monte Pego is also famous for its abundant mountain spring
water. No water cuts and no shortages. In fact, the water is
so good, the same water source is bottled and sold as the
local “Evian”.
Local facilities: shops, stores, bars and restaurants, three
outstanding golf courses, banks, tennis courts and nearby
medical centres and hospitals. A few minutes drive inland is
the typically Spanish village of Pego with its excellent
school. A few minutes drive towards the sea brings you to
the bustling and historic fishing port of Denia, with its
beautiful village houses, squares and cleans white blue-flag
sandy beaches, from which the Costa Blanca takes its name.
Snow Skiing - ski in the morning and sunbathe on the beach
in the afternoon. The winter ski resorts of Valdelinares and
Javalambre are just over 2 hours drive North of Monte Pego. |

Most plot sizes range from 500m2 to
2000m2 with average plot prices being in the region of £100,000.
Plot prices tend to be determined more by location than by size.
Each plot has mains services laid on i.e. water, electricity and
mains drainage * A few of the more remote plots have septic tank
drainage.
Your villa can be surprisingly inexpensive
Casa Alegria, Detached freehold 131.7m2 villa with 3 bedrooms,
terrace, porch, BBQ and pool on your choice of a 500m2 to 1000m2
plot. A special price of only 314,396 Euros (£224,569 @ 1.40€/£)
including IVA taxes.
Economy of scale enables such low prices. Construction quality is
the same as on higher priced villas. Larger, higher or lower priced
plots can be chosen simply by paying the difference.

Free elevation
Most companies charge a substantial amount for the elevation of the
villa when your choice of plot has a slope. We do not charge for
this, even though the elevation provides you with an opportunity for
adding considerable additional accommodation in the lower level. An
additional space gain of around 50% (one use is to provide an
apartment for guests) is possible. Final positioning of the villa on
the plot is determined by our architect.
Villa care
The primary function of MAYORDOMO, is to care for your property.
Services available are; interior and exterior maintenance, valet,
pool maintenance, gardening and letting to provide you with rental
income. Villas should be maintained in your absence. You tell us the
service you require and we will arrange it.
